Official Trading Boards Rules

Before you start posting here, please take some time to familiarize yourself with our Trading Board Rules and Guidelines as listed below.

Binder Restrictions
Each registered user can only have 1 Binder per Board Section. Please do not make additional binders in the same section. This would result in an automatic delete of ALL your existing Binders in all Board Sections.

Products for Trade/Sell
The Trading Boards can only accommodate Trades/Sales of Single Cards or Miniatures. No Sealed Products are allowed.  Further, only locally-released products are allowed to be put up on Trade/Sale. Cards and/or Miniatures that were given as player or volunteer rewards are allowed, as long as it is a first-level trade (meaning, the trader/seller is the first owner of the item).

Trader Class / Star Members
Verified users will be given a Star. Singles buyers are encouraged to trade with members with Stars under their login names. This means that the trader has been verified by the Board Admins. While we do exert efforts to verify traders, we cannot vouch for the traders’ character. To get verified, PM ng_des with your: Real Name, Contact Number (a landline + a cellphone number), and your Email Address. A Neutral Grounds Head Office staff will contact you for verification.

Bumping
Bumping a other member's thread is not allowed. A trader may bump his own thread once every 5 days only.

Violations
If you see a forum rule violation, please call our attention to it. Rather than start a flame war because you’re trying to correct a violation, it would be more peaceful to just PM a Moderator (either watchwulf, ngphil, ng_des, Boyet, or DJinn) and we’ll take care of it.

Accurate use of Language
We understand that some people are not THAT well-versed with the English Language. Remember that you can also post in Filipino. We discourage the use of dialects since not everyone can understand them. We also discourage the use of “text-speak”, as some short cuts might be read another way.

Linking to external sites
Linking to another site (even if it’s your own site) is not allowed. This will result in the automatic downgrade of your status as well as the scrapping of all your online binders.

Addendum:

We strongly encourage that you do your trades personally, or with persons that are known to you.  You are the ones ultimately responsible for the trades you make.

We cannot vouch for any trader registered here, since you can very well see how easy it is to open a forum account without personal verification.
