FORUM RULES AND GUIDELINES

By registering in this message board it is assumed that you agree to follow and abide by its rules and regulations regarding the use of the message boards.

1. Proper forum behavior is expected in any form of use of the message board sevice.

a.) Flaming and flame-baiting is strictly prohibited. Do not post confrontational, racist, sexist or any other discriminatory messages. Do not directly criticize another person's ideas and person. This includes using a user name that may insult another person.

b.) Do not flood or spam the boards with non related posts.

c.) Observe proper netiquette and courtesy at all times, this means no posts in all caps (shouting), curse words and profanity in any language will not be tolerated in any posts.

d.) Posting "blind items" and rumor mongering is prohibited.

e.) Posting obscene, profane, vulgar and inappropriate items are strictly prohibited.

2.) Please post your topics in the appropriate forum or area.

3.) Please observe proper spelling and grammar to the best of your abilities, if you believe you can write better Tagalog please do so. This is a bilingual board.

4.) Selling of personal cards and collections shall only be conducted in the proper area of the forums. No selling of sealed boosters or boxes will be allowed.

5.) Private Messaging should be used when replying to an individual. We encourage the use of this feature to avoid clutter in the forums.

6.) Do not register multiple times, each person is entitled to one account in this board. During registration, it is a must for you to put your real name in your user profile, failure to do so may result in your account being deleted.

7.) Please do not advertise other websites or forums in this message board. We would rather promote a united community than a fractional one.

8.) Please do not post personal cellphone numbers or home addresses over the public message boards, unless you are advertising a shop. If you need to send someone your cellphone number please use the private message function.

9.) Please do not advertise products or other public establishments, venues or locations, or any businesses that have no relation or are not supported by Neutral Grounds.

This site is dedicated to the idea of building a united community of gamers, and to the dissemination of proper information to that community.

There will also be occasional forum purges of old threads that have not been replied to recently. This is to keep the forums from getting too big and unwieldy.

And Finally and most importantly, the admins and moderators reserve the right to lock and or delete topics or post which we may find offensive or not helpful to the community, whether they be covered in the above rules or not. We also reserve the right to ban users of the board who have exhibited repeated offensive behavior.
