Eshalar, the Broken Lands - (Adventures Thread)

Tulem began to tap on his blades frantically. This is really irritating, he thought to himself. Are we even in the right room to start with? If I didn't know better I would've just left these two to whatever shenanigans they were up to and checked out the rest of the opera house... but nah, I doubt Bart would want me to go reckless and come back as a corpse just yet...

He decides to check the area for clues or threats, keeping himself quietly in the shadows.

[OOC: he'd be checking around 5 feet towards the stage and from side to side, then go back to starting position and then try to see if they had missed anything on the way to the amphitheater, for around 100 paces from the entrance of the amphitheater before going back to starting position (I know it's a bit complicated >.< ) EDIT: He'll basically just look around the area, particularly making sure that nothing's coming from the corridor they came from]

   Sylvana reads through her spellbooks and prepares for rest and the travel by daybreak. Checks her weapons and equipment. "You never know what might just come up." She says to herself.

   With nothing elsse to do, she dozes of to a deep sleep. This time she hopes, her journey will end the nightmares that come.

Rubicandt pondered for a long time about the next course of action... He knew there was a trick to this, one move to get everything moving with the flow. He just needed the right type of inspiration.

With hardly any other choice Rubicandt decides to ascend the stage and check backstage for any anomalies.

(OOC: Rubicandt goes up the stage, via the stairs if there are any.)

   The whole stage was dark and mostly quiet, except for the three men. If they went any deeper, they wouldn't be able to see anything. Given that they are humans. The old man still ignored them even if they were walking up the stage, or even when Rubicandt was on the stage itself.

   The corridor behind them was quiet. No one was coming in, as far as anyone could see or hear.

Thinking that the specter is harmless and seeing as nobody else is around, Tulem decides to be a bit reckless.  He calls out in a rather loud tone to both of them.  "Hey mage!  Don't you have any spell that could brighten up the place? We're wasting time here as it is, maybe we should look somewhere else?"

    The shout came as a surprise to the rest of the party inside the theater, but the old man ignored him. In fact, at the shout, the old man... wavered. Or, at least he seemed to looked as if his image wavered.
