Indeed there are pros and cons for opting for a split. But the main factor to consider is that if everyone, not just the majority, agrees with the deal. There are questions that I would like to ask that arises from this scenario though. Let us say that a split was already established. Does that affect one's performance in the tournament? Does it make them complacent? Also, does a split concludes the outcome of the tournament?

I don't think prize splits affect people's performance.  I've seen players compete pa rin even though alam nilang may sure take-home na.  Though there are some who pack it in mentally once alam nila na pera na sila, marami-rami pa rin ang gusto ng honor of being called top dog in this game.

i also told billy to take down sa news section yung last year's nationals.  hahahha andun pa eh may bago na tayong National Champion.
